Shannon Fine Jewelry gladly accepts returns for full refund or exchange within 30 days of original purchase. Merchandise must be in original and unworn condition and accompanied by original gift box with all warranty cards intact. If you purchased an item from Shannon Fine Jewelry online (shannonfj.com), please follow the instructions below to ensure your package is returned properly:
- Fill out the return form provided with your original package and be sure to indicate the reason for return.
- Enclose all original documentation and merchandise with your package.
- Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed return form. Please check to make sure contents do not move around in the box.
- Apply the pre-paid packing label to the front of your box and write down your tracking number for future reference. Make sure that no other tracking labels are showing.
- When your package is ready, please drop off your return at your nearest USPS (United States Postal Service) location.
You may also return your item at either of our retail locations. We will be happy to assist you in person, Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-4pm.
Upon receipt of the return, Shannon Fine Jewelry will quickly refund the purchase amount of the item via the payment used for the original purchase. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. You will receive email confirmation that the package has been received and the refund has been processed.
Shannon Fine Jewelry is not responsible for merchandise that is not received or not returned properly. Closeouts, special orders, altered pieces, and custom pieces are not returnable or exchangeable.
