How to Participate:

1. Beginning June 9th, “Like” Shannon Fine Jewelry on Facebook. Then, email a short story or video to info@shannonfj.com telling us your Shannon’s Story. (Some examples could include how Shannon’s has impacted your life, your proposal, a time when an associate went above and beyond to exceed your expectations, how an heirloom piece was restored and the significance of it, etc.) The possibilities are endless!

2. Every submission will be published on our website, Shannonfinejewelry.com. The last day to submit your entry will be July 10th at midnight.

3. Shannon’s will select the top 3 stories, which will then be eligible to win the $3500 shopping spree. The top 3 stories will be posted to Shannon’s Facebook page for voting to begin on July 12th at 12:00 PM. Participants will be notified by email of their selection to be placed on Shannon’s Facebook page.

4. Voting begins July 12th at 12:00 PM and will end July 25th at midnight.

5. The winner will be selected based solely on the number of likes received and will be announced at Shannon’s 35th Anniversary Celebration on Saturday, July 26th at 7:30 PM.

How to Vote:

1. In order for your vote to be considered, you must first like Shannon Fine Jewelry on Facebook.

2. To vote, “Like” your favorite Shannon Love Story! That’s all there is to it!

BY ENTERING THIS GIVEAWAY, YOU AGREE TO THE SHANNON FINE JEWELY PRIVACY POLICY AND THAT YOUR ENTRY AND THE PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED FROM YOU IN CONNECTION WITH THIS GIVEAWAY WILL BE NOT BE SHARED BEYOND SHANNON FINE JEWELRY. You must be a legal resident of the United States who is thirteen (13) years of age or older. Void where prohibited by law. Shannon Fine Jewelry and each of its employees, temporary employees, independent contractors and interns (hereinafter “Giveaway Providers”) and each of their respective subsidiaries, parents, partners, other sweepstakes sponsors, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each, and any persons living with, any such employees are not eligible to enter or to win. The term “immediate family members” includes spouses, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren. If an entrant receives multiple and/or irregular votes or multiple votes from the same user or users, including but not limited to, votes generated by a robotic, programmed, script, macro, other automated means or other source, Shannon Fine Jewelry reserves the right to disqualify the entrant in its sole discretion. If the contest includes the use of an internet tool and the internet voting process fails to operate properly or appears to be tampered with or tainted with errors, fraud or unfair practices, the Company reserves the right to use another means to determine the winner(s), i.e. random selection or appointing a panel of judges. All decisions of the judges are final. Publicity; Use of Personal Information. By participating, where allowed by law, all participants and winner(s) grant the Company exclusive permission to use their names, characters, photographs, voices, videotape, and likenesses in connection with promotion of this and other contests and waive any claims to royalty, right, or remuneration for such use. By participating in the Contest, where allowed by law, participants agree that the Company may disclose personal information obtained from participants in the Contest to third parties and use such information for marketing and other purposes. Consumer Created Content. Release. By participating in the Contest, each participant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against the Company, its employees and agents, the Contest’s sponsors and their respective employees and agents, for any personal injury or loss which may occur from the conduct of, or participation in, the Contest, or from the use of any prize. Conduct and Decisions. By participating in the Contest, participants agree to be bound by the decisions of Company personnel. Persons who violate any rule, gain unfair advantage in participating in the Contest, or obtain winner status using fraudulent means will be disqualified.
